Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, produce, and review monthly management accounts in accordance with group procedures and submit them within the group reporting deadlines.
• Create monthly cash flow reports.
• Prepare and submit annual budgets.
• Develop financial projections throughout the year.
• Complete quarterly VAT returns.
• Oversee and manage the annual financial audit.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Provide financial support to all areas of the business.
• Manage standard versus actual manufacturing costs.
• Assist with other functions within the finance department as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

• Possess a financial professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA
• Exhibit advanced Excel skills relevant to this position.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Display strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Exhibit confidence and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player.
