About the company
This is a superb opportunity for an accountant seeking to make the move to industry from a practice environment, you’ll be working as part of a tight-knit team with support and guidance from a number of experienced accountants.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cost analysis and pricing decisions
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Statutory returns
- Preparing for audit
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision making
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)/Part-qualified/Qualified by experience
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
