About the company

This is a newly created role, working directly with the Head of Finance to assist with the day-to-day running of this busy finance function. An ideal role for any Qualified or Qualified by Experience accountants who are seeking a varied industry role, an excellent working environment, an experienced mentor and genuine progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end accounts
• Processing statutory returns
• KPI reporting
• Overseeing transactional finance – AP/AR
• Implementing process improvements across the finance function
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE/Part-Qualified with experience in a similar role
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
