Management Accountant – Monaghan – Up to £60,000

About the company 

This is a well-rounded role, offering a great salary and benefits package and will provide great exposure working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assist with month-end,  close journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
• Review month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
• Development of monthly budget reporting on variances.
• Ensuring all VAT/Statutory returns and payments are prepared in line with requirements.
• Monthly variance analysis

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE with relevant experience
• Strong IT Skills – Advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
