Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely reporting of weekly/monthly financial data, variance reports, and productivity analysis.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidated reports, with variance analysis on Actual vs Budget.
- Identify process improvements to control costs and enhance financial reporting.
- Review and analyse cost centres to optimise cost-effective processes.
- Provide planning and cost control support for projects.
- Manage inventory accounting, valuations, and cycle count results.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capital expenditure items.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation, with overhead spend analysis.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports.
- Support R&D, operations, and quality teams with recording and analysis, and assist in VAT and Intrastat returns.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant OR Part Qualified
- 3-5 years of industry experience is ideal
- Experience within manufacturing is highly desirable
- Costing/Inventory experience is desirable
