About the company
An ideal role for a newly/recently qualified accountant or a more experienced candidate seeking a fresh challenge. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have plenty of support and benefit from excellent career progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of year-end accounts and liaising with auditors
- Preparation and filing of statutory returns
- Implement process improvements across the finance function
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified/qualified by experience accountant with experience in a similar role
- Strong IT Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
