• Advise on financial strategies to enhance profitability.
• Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Oversee financial controls, systems, and policies.
• Analyse product costing, labour utilisation, and margins.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock, and optimise turnover.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare accurate financial reports with insightful analysis.
• Conduct cost reviews, identifying savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with local management to drive continuous improvement.
• Review weekly payroll, monitor performance metrics, and manage rosters.
• Produce weekly and monthly P&L reports with commentary.

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, specifically within inventory and stock management
• Strong knowledge of costing principles and experience in managing cost processes
• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent preferred
