• They are seeking a talented and experienced Management Accountant to join the finance team.
• The Management Accountant will play a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to help management make informed decisions.
• Budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning and control.
• Oversee the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.
• Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage and mentor junior members of the finance team.

The Person

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• 1-year PQE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Irish GAAP and taxation is a plus.
