This role is ideally suited to a hands-on senior finance professional seeking part-time hours. The working pattern is flexible, with hours negotiable and able to be spread across five days.

About the job: 

• Lead the finance function, providing strategic and commercial financial leadership.
• Produce monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting.
• Partner with Directors to support business planning and decision-making.
• Drive profitability analysis, financial controls, compliance and risk management.
• Improve finance systems, reporting processes and operational efficiency.
• Oversee finance administration and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage relationships with external advisers, banks, insurers and key stakeholders.

About you:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
  Proven experience in Senior Finance position
• Commercially focused with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls.
