About the company
The successful candidate will oversee an established finance team, grow the team as you see fit and play a key role in the continued growth of this thriving company who have ambitious plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Cashflow management
- Oversee and develop the finance team
- Manage relationships with relevant external stakeholders
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Manage the audit process
- Driving process improvement
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills (including Sage and MS Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
