The Role
- Provide financial insights to support construction projects and decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyse project costs, revenue, and profitability; track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with teams to guide project finances and support tendering processes.
- Develop financial models for business planning and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits.
- Required: strong analytical skills, financial modelling, industry knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
The Person
- Construction experience
- More than 4 years PQE
- Must be a qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc
