FP&A Manager – Belfast – Up to £60,000 + Bonus 
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager 

About the company

HireIQ are delighted to be partnering with a Belfast powerhouse as they recruit for an FP&A Manager. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will support the continued growth of the business – being responsible for preparing and continuously improving reporting on the performance of the company to provide information and reports to senior management on how the business is performing against targets and financially.

About the job

• Responsibility for all reporting requirements across the company.
• Financial and commercial due diligence on acquisitions as required.
• Integration of newly acquired business from a reporting perspective.
• Preparing a rolling monthly forecast of the business’ expected outturn for the financial year vs budget.
• Consistently improving performance reporting.
• Providing reports against weekly and monthly financial reporting and targets against budget.
• Development of clear cash flow reporting and analysis for the business.
• Development of more regionalised P&L reporting.
• Working with internal teams to investigate any unexpected or unusual trends.
• Leading the budget and reforecast process for the division
• Other ad-hoc project work as and when required

Your skills and experience 

• Strong FP&A experience
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Able to deliver consistently to a high standard.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Able to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
