FP&A Analyst

Financial Planning & Analysis – Dublin – €65,000 – €69,000 + Bonus – 4 Days WFH

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified accountant to join a Financial Services Companies Financial Planning and Analysis team in Dublin. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in supporting various projects across multiple service lines within the business on an as and when basis.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Oversee transformation and change management projects
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for business improvement
Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments to gather information and prepare financial analysis
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required

Qualifications:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial services or consulting firm
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Financial services industry experience is a plus
