Job Description.

Provide administration and client relationship support to the Wealth Management & Financial Advisory Team
Liaise with Advisers and management to ensure effective and compliant delivery of allocated duties;
Process client instructions in an accurate and timely manner
Establish and maintain client records
Liaise with the Client Services and Paraplanning Team as and when necessary
Work closely with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of agreed actions arising from client meetings and to service existing clients

Key Responsibilities

As the Financial Services Administrator, you will sit in a close knit team and gain exposure to;

  • Provide administration and client relationship support to the Wealth Management & Financial Advisory Team
  • Liaise with Advisers and management to ensure effective and compliant delivery of allocated duties;
  • Process client instructions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Establish and maintain client records
  • Liaise with the Client Services and Paraplanning Team as and when necessary
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of agreed actions arising from client meetings and to service existing clients
  • General administrative duties within the Wealth Management and Financial
  • Working with the Firm’s Compliance Officer and Compliance consultants to ensure the Firm’s activities are compliant

Requirements

  • Working with the Firm’s Compliance Officer and Compliance consultants to ensure the Firm’s activities are compliant
  • Effective time and caseload management capabilities to meet strict deadlines
  • Adherence to the Firm’s compliance processes and procedures
  • Display a positive approach to change, remain calm and work well under pressure
  • Ability to quickly build effective relationships at all levels of the business, including work colleagues, external clients, product providers and other such professional connections
  • A high level of initiative and enthusiasm
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes

Desirable skills but not mandatory

  • Relevant experience in the use of financial services back-office systems and relevant knowledge of the UK regulatory framework
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of financial planning products, services and issues, in particular in the areas of investment, pensions and protection
