You will play a crucial role in driving the business forward and ensuring sound financial decisions through your analytical insights and business partnering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis and financial modelling to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with various departments and functions, acting as a trusted business partner to understand their needs and support their financial requirements.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new products, assessing their financial viability, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s expansion efforts.
  • Oversee and manage a small section of accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, helping stakeholders understand the financial performance and future outlook of the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (e.g., CMA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred, but not a deal-breaker if you possess the relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of success in delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and data manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong drive to take initiative and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Previous experience in business partnering and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
