They are preparing for major growth, and as a result are currently seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the company, providing strategic financial planning, analysis and support to the senior management team and stakeholders across the business, and will work closely with the CFO.

They are preparing for major growth, and as a result are currently seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the company, providing strategic financial planning, analysis and support to the senior management team and stakeholders across the business, and will work closely with the CFO.
About the Job
Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting of the company’s financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and projects
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial information to the management team
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
Driving process improvement across the finance function
Work closely with other members of the finance team
Ad-hoc duties as required by the CFO
Your skills & experience
Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Strong IT skills
Experience with Power BI (or similar software)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Evidence of analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
