About the Company

It’s a genuinely hands-on role. You’ll be close to the numbers day-to-day, management accounts, cash flow, costing, and the operational finance detail that comes with a manufacturing environment. If you’ve worked in an SME manufacturing setting before and know what that pace and hands-on style demands, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
• Balance sheet control and reconciliations
• Month-end close processes
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• ERP and finance systems experience
• Board and stakeholder reporting
• Manufacturing sector experience
• Ability to operate independently and add value immediately
• Previous interim or short-term assignment experience

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Leadership Skills
• Strong IT Skills – Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
