About the company:

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to take their career to the next level, leading and shaping the finance team, working closely with the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full finance function, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate reporting
• Produce monthly management accounts with clear, actionable insights
• Improve financial systems, processes, and controls to support growth
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Support pricing, commercial decisions, and business case analysis
• Liaise with auditors, accountants, and banks
• Mentor and support junior finance/admin staff

Your Experience: 

• Experienced accountant, eg, CIMA, ACA, ACCA – Preferably 3-5 + years post-qualified
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Outlook;
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
