Financial Controller
Location: Swords, Dublin
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 + bonus and benefits
Reporting to: CFO
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Review and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and potential issues
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities
• Oversee the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of experience in a financial management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools
