Role Overview
Joining our Finance team, you’ll oversee financial operations across Ireland. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Handling statutory accounts and collaborating with external auditors.
- Liaising with key operational stakeholders regularly.
- Delivering high-quality reporting internally and externally monthly.
- Ensuring payroll compliance for reporting and statutory purposes.
- Monitoring policy compliance and reporting timeframes.
- Managing month-end closely aligned with Group reporting dates.
- Providing support to the Finance Director.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects as needed.
The Candidate
- Strong on Excel or Power BI
- Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, HR, and Payroll.
- Familiarity with Dynamics is advantageous.
- Knowledge of taxation, including RCT.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
