Financial Controller

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts.
• Develop annual budgets and conduct weekly forecasting.
• Provide detailed reports and comments on variance analysis.
• Perform gross margin analysis.
• Maintain strict control over costs and credit.
• Supervise the local administrative team.
• Optimize existing group processes and workflows.
• Compile annual statutory accounts.
• Conduct financial analysis for potential acquisitions.
• Assist the managing director with comprehensive financial analysis.
• Fulfil ad-hoc reporting needs from the divisional finance director.

Experience and Skills:

• Certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and clear presentation of results.
• Strong technical grasp of accounting standards.
• Excellent command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to changes in systems.
• Strong time management skills with a commitment to meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment when necessary.
