Key Responsibilities:
- Review the current schedule of construction projects for 2024.
- Consolidate and compile documentation and audit support for revenue recognition.
- Implement a file storage repository for Quotes, Invoices, Delivery Documents and customer milestone approval.
- Liaise with other business areas to ensure the prompt resolution of outstanding reconciliation items.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Identify process improvement recommendations for consideration as part of the roll-out of NetSuite ERP in Q4 2024
- Opportunity to get involved in ad hoc or special projects as required.
Your Experience
- Qualified accountant with audit experience, two years PQE – big 4 experience an advantage.
- Proven track record in financial accounting
- Understanding of the Order to Cash Process
- Experience with NetSuite a distinct advantage
- Construction contract experience
- ERP implementation experience
- Finance function redesign experience
