About the job.
The Financial Accountant will provide technical financial accounting guidance to the group and ensure processes are in place to ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Coordinate audits and tax returns for the group across multiple jurisdictions within tight deadlines.
- Prepare annual financial statements for all Group companies.
- Develop and drive the Group’s tax strategy, including transfer pricing, R&D tax credit, and Patent Box strategy.
- Define and implement Group treasury strategy for efficient and compliant operations.
- Stay updated on financial accounting changes and maintain current policies for the Group.
- Ensure compliance with company secretarial responsibilities.
Your skills and experience
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication
