• Administering the distribution of EP profits throughout the year, including all necessary procedures.
• Issuing advice on distributed and undistributed profits to EPs, while maintaining accurate records of profit share distributions.
• Informing HR of any changes to monthly EP drawings on an annual basis.
• Collecting and analyzing all relevant financial data for the preparation of tax returns and filings for the firm and its affiliated entities.
• Generating EP profit share statements for individual EP tax returns annually, collaborating with the firm’s tax advisors and partners.
• Compiling accounts for the UK branch to facilitate the filing of its UK branch tax return, reviewing tax computations, and coordinating with the firm’s UK tax advisors regarding tax payments.
• Compiling monthly reports on partners’ profit share, including journal posting and reconciling salary accounts, and presenting variances to budget to the CFO during the monthly management accounts review meeting.
• Contributing to the preparation of the partners’ profit share section of the annual budget and revising forecasts throughout the year.
• Preparing financial statements for affiliated entities.
Your skills & experience
- Fully Qualified (ACA or ACCA) with at least 3+ years PQE.
- Prior experience with EP Profit Share & Distribution.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with the ability to utilize different Financial software packages.
