About the Job
HireIQ are working in partnership with a prestigious employer in the Antrim area, who have a newly created opportunity for a Finance Projects Manager to join their established finance team. This is a key role within the finance department, where you will play an important part in streamlining important processes and identify areas for improvement, as well as leading on some exciting new projects.
Job Duties
• Taking a lead role on new finance projects such as automation and systems implementations
• Drive a culture of process improvement across the finance function
• Design and implement new processes
• Liaise with key stakeholders across the business
• Work closely with the Finance Manager and Financial Controller to provide support when required
• Mentoring junior staff
• Ad-hoc duties as required by the Financial Controller
Your skills and experience
• Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) ideally 4+ years PQE
• Experience in managing projects
• Proficient in the use of key IT systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambitious, driven and dedicated finance professional
