About the company

This is a varied role covering finance, operations and commercial support, with responsibility for management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and wider business improvement. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, autonomy and a role where they can make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Managing Cashflow, Budgeting and forecasting
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs
• Supporting commercial decision-making and business planning
• Improving operational systems and business processes
• Overseeing compliance, governance and office operations
• Working closely with senior management on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or significant relevant experience
• strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Experience producing management accounts and financial forecasts
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach and a desire to improve how businesses operate
