What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate participant allowances
  • Process invoices, staff expenses, and supplier payments
  • Maintain financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Process and set up online bank payments in line with the agreed payment calendar
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience providing administrative support within a finance function
  • IT proficient and competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Understanding of funding compliance and reporting
