HIREIQ are delighted to be partnering with this tech powerhouse as they recruit for a Finance Manager. This role will play an integral part in the continued growth of the business – being responsible for certain business entities and ownership of a highly profitable division.
About the job
- Review of the business’s monthly performance against budget, identifying and investigating key variances
- Management accounts process, review and presentation at board level.
- Driving performance through KPI’s and analysis of data.
- Offering commercial advice on decision making
- Identifying and developing opportunities with key stakeholders to capture savings and add value.
- Driving cost efficiencies and ensuring CAPEX has a strong linkage to organisational growth metric.
- Providing accurate and up to date financial information to help inform business decisions.
- Tracking project costs and driving project delivery.
- Challenge budget holders to ensure effective cost management
- Assist with process improvements and organisational growth
Your skills and experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Able to deliver consistently to a high standard.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
