About the company

This is a newly created role, reporting to an experienced FD but with plenty of autonomy and scope to develop the role, with significant growth plans in the pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
• KPI reporting
• Year-end accounting and liaising with auditors
• VAT compliance
• Preparation of budgets/forecasts
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders
• Driving process improvement across the finance function
• Ad-hoc project work

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in an industry setting
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
