Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

• Month-end reporting
• Preparing year-end accounts and overseeing the audit process
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Overseeing a small team of finance staff
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Cashflow management
• Business partnering with commercial teams
• Driving continuous improvement across the finance function
• Liaising with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in an industry role
• Ability to lead and develop finance personnel
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
