About the company

This is a newly created role as a result of continued growth and expansion, and will involve working closely with an experienced Finance Director. This opportunity will offer the successful candidate excellent exposure to all areas of the business, taking oversight of the day-to-day running of the finance function, whilst working on some hugely exciting projects and driving continued growth and profitability across the group. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the finance team
• Business partnering with departmental managers
• Driving continuous improvement of systems and processes across finance
• Oversight of financial control, reporting and compliance
• KPI reporting
• Involvement in various exciting projects as the business continues to expand
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 2+ years experience in an industry role
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong commercial mindset and desire to progress your career
• Ability to train, motivate and develop a team
