Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts
• Preparation of budgets/forecasts
• Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making at the board level
• Preparing year-end accounts and liaising with auditors
• Overseeing transactional finance
• Cashflow management
• Involvement in exciting projects (ERP Implementation, M&A, etc)
• Implementing process improvements across the finance function
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
