About the company
An established and market-leading business based in the Northwest are seeking to add a Finance Manager to their team due to continued growth. This role will involve overseeing a small team and reporting to the Head of Finance. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Preparation of year-end accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Overseeing a small team of finance staff
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Cashflow management
- Tax compliance
- Driving continuous improvement across the finance function
- Liaising with external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Ability to lead and develop finance personnel
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
