Key Responsibilities:

- Manage VAT compliance and reporting
- Handle payroll processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting procedures.
- Lead and support the finance team
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax and industry regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in finance within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of VAT regulations
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
