The Role
- Execute the annual surveillance plan to assess business performance and compliance.
- Create a revenue heat map by client, service line, and risk.
- Develop a risk register and perform periodic risk assessments.
- Build relationships with management for oversight support.
- Evaluate business performance, cost recoverability, and staff productivity.
- Establish financial performance metrics and reporting.
- Recommend best practices for process improvement.
- Conduct an annual compliance review to enhance processes.
The Person
- Qualified Accountant. CPA, ACA, ACCA etc…
- 4 Years PQE with Internal audit experience.
- No Real Estate experience is needed.
- Experienced in managing functions, process improvements, and financial reporting.
- High integrity, analytical, and able to challenge senior management
