HIREIQ are partnering exclusively with a successful business based in the Omagh area to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to head up their finance function. This company are going through a phase of major growth, and this represents an highly exciting opportunity to work closely alongside the Managing Director and play a key part in the continued growth of this local success story.
About the job
Duties to include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation of statutory accounts
Preparing budgets and forecasts
Cashflow management
KPI reporting
Manage and develop a small finance team
Liaise with company auditors
Business partnering with departmental managers
Drive a culture of process improvement across the finance function
Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Managing Director
Your skills and experience
Essential
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with all levels within the business
Good organisational, planning and time management skills
Team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
Strong IT skills
