The role
- Manage month-end process for accurate financial reporting and control documentation.
- Develop and supervise the finance team.
- Report flash and month-end financials to the Group.
- Supervise client and reporter billing.
- Ensure fixed asset register accuracy.
- Manage supplier transactions and payments.
- Address client and reporter queries promptly.
- Coordinate with HR for monthly payroll and tax compliance.
- Provide financial data for FP&A and update monthly forecasts.
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Support cash and working capital management.
- Lead annual audit and tax processes.
- Engage with stakeholders including SMT and Managing Director Ireland.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
The right person
- Must be a qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA
- Must have team lead experience
