About the company
An exciting business in the Northwest is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to their business as they embark on an exciting growth phase. This is a varied role offering exposure to all corners of the business, overseeing a small finance team and working closely with senior management. Open to Qualified Accountants and QBE candidates with experience in a similar role, with a market-leading package on offer including hybrid working and flexible start/finish times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Cashflow management
- KPI reporting
- Cost analysis and stock management
- Overseeing a small finance team
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Liaising with relevant external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
