Job Specification:
Responsibilities include monthly management accounts preparation, cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll review, and enhancing control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts using Intact software.
- Analyse margins, costs, and variances.
- Ensure accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations.
- Implement and maintain a strong control environment across the company.
- Review monthly payroll.
- Optimise finance processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with VAT return preparation and submission.
- Support annual audit and budgeting processes.
- Manage tax forms and Ixbrl returns.
- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
Applicants should:
- Be a part/qualified accountant with +2 years’ experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Handle high transaction volumes and tight deadlines effectively.
- Possess strong computer and analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
