Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain reporting policies and procedures to streamline the reporting process and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including finance teams across various business units, to gather financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and accounting standards relevant to the construction industry and ensure compliance.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth audits and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as project management and procurement, to integrate financial reporting with operational activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by senior management or other stakeholders to support business initiatives and decision-making.

Your Experience

· Five Years PQE

· Qualified Accountant ACA or ACCA.

· People leadership experience

· Strong on consolidation
