About the company
A local business that has become a real success story in recent times is now seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team, working closely with the Finance Director. This is a highly varied role, where you will play a key part in the continued growth and development of a company with a hugely exciting vision.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- KPI reporting
- Cashflow management
- Acting as a business partner to non-finance staff
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders as required
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Director
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experienced accountant with experience in a similar role
- Strong IT Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
