The Company:
An International manufacturing company with sites in mainland Europe, Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a small team of two finance professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day company account operations
- Drive budget preparation and provide astute oversight for business units in Ireland and the UK.
- Enhance employee benefits, managing healthcare plans, cycle-to-work schemes, and pension contributions.
- Ensure compliance by managing month-end and year-end close processes, taking charge of year-end audits.
- Generate detailed financial reports, nurture bank relationships, negotiate loans, and manage intercompany reconciliations.
Your Experience
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in business reporting, contributing insightful analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with intermediate Excel skills.
