About the company
This role presents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced senior finance professional looking to join an established finance team in a busy office environment, reporting directly to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function
- Leading the annual audit and liaising with the Group Auditors and Tax Advisors.
- Ensuring compliance with all tax and industry regulations
- Providing support in all Payroll and HR aspects.
- Providing timely and accurate reports at the request of Senior Management
- Assisting in strategic decision-making.
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
Your Experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in a similar role
- Experience in successfully managing a team
- Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with all levels within the business
- Solid organisational, planning and time management skills
- Team player with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
- Strong IT skills including Sage and Excel
