A well-known third-sector organisation on the outskirts of Belfast are seeking to add an experienced Finance/Business Manager to the team on a permanent basis. This is a rewarding role with an organization making a difference in the community.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be managing and undertaking the finance function and will also have the opportunity to expand on their skill set and get in involved in business support making this a real varied role and one someone can really make their own. It is 30 hours per week with high flexibility in how those can look. Also offering hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management Accounts
- Credit control
- Manage the reconciliation and payment of all supplier invoices
- Undertake the regular reconciliation of key ledger accounts
- Payroll using SAGE
- Supervision of reception staff
- Support Development plan
Previous experience
- Experience in the preparation of monthly management accounts, on an accruals basis.
- Strong ICT skills, including advanced excel skills and the ability to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of SAGE and Sage Payroll.
