A well-known third-sector organisation in Belfast are seeking to add an experienced Finance Manager to the team on a permanent basis. This is a rewarding role with an organization making a difference in the community.
About the Job
The successful candidate will manage the finance function, prepare and present financial reports, and manage budgetary controls. This is a hybrid role offering 3 days of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly management accounts, Board finance reports, working capital reports, annual statutory accounts and all other financial reports.
- Plan and implement the quarter-end and year-end timetables including the supervision of the year-end audit process.
- Management of the annual budgetary process
- Plan, prepare and manage projects
- Undertake the regular reconciliation of key ledger accounts
- Management of staff, providing support and mentorship
Previous experience
- At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in managing a finance team
- PQ or qualified desirable but not essential
