About the Job
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of management accounts
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the growth of the business
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Managing cashflow
- Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors/bank)
- Manage a small finance team
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the MD
Your skills & experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)/Qualified by experience will be considered
- Strong IT skills (Sage/Advanced Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
