Finance Governance Manager – Belfast City Centre – £45,000
Opportunity to work with an excellent organisation and a great cause. This public sector body is currently recruiting for a qualified finance manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the finance and governance teams. This role is city centre based with hybrid working as well as some other fantastic benefits.
About the job
Reporting to the head of corporate duties duties are;
- Managing the day to day running of the finance and governance teams
- Ensuring that appropriate financial procedures, controls and structures are in place for the effective, efficient and economic management of public funds and the monitoring their outputs and outcomes
- Managing, monitoring and controlling finances, in accordance with Managing Public Money NI
- Preparing Annual Accounts
- Carrying out financial month end on a timely basis preparation of various report for Board and Audit and Risk Committee
Your skills and background
- Qualified member of CIMA/ACA/ACCA or similar body
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the below:
Preparation in management accounts
Corporate Finance
Preparing, managing and monitoring budgets
