What we’re looking for:

  • Self-motivated and detail-focused professional with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) with around 2–3 years’ experience in finance, administration, or business operations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and basic financial systems (Xero experience a bonus)
  • Experience or interest in technology, cybersecurity or IoT sectors is desirable
  • Additional language skills are a plus

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and thrive in a role with variety and responsibility, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to be part of an organisation making an impact through innovation and technology.
