HireIQ are delighted to be working with an award winning, renowned local company that are based in County Down. This role will be the number one in Finance role and manage both the commercial and project aspects of the business and lead the team to continued growth and success.
About the role
This role will be all encompassing and include:
- Complete oversight of balance sheets and reconciliations
- Lead the team on monthly management accounts
- Provide departmental financial analysis
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Managerial sign offs of costings and reports
- Identify process improvements
- Day to day runnings of the entire finance department
Your skills and experience
- Qualified accountant
- Experience working in industry is essential, with knowledge of manufacturing or construction as well
- Commercial business experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Strong individual with experience managing teams and implementing change
