About the job
Duties to include:
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team
- Overseeing the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly management pack
- Leading and developing the Finance team
- Establishing and maintaining effective systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient financial management of the business
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function to maximise efficiency
- Managing the relationship with external auditors and other external institutions
Your skills and experience
Essential
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) 5+ years post-qualified
- Previous experience in a senior finance position
- Proven leader with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
